I would tell someone that the amount of time you spent on site with me studying our roofing problems, the core sample report you put together, your willingness to discuss and debate different options, the amount of time you spent on the phone with me, and all of the different proposal/phase break-downs you generated as the scope of work evolved, was above and beyond expectation.  Through the process I genuinely felt that Grand View was taking the closest detailed look at our situation and doing their best to come up with a lasting cost effective solution that would best serve our school.  I would recommend you and your team to anyone.

Honestly, my biggest concerns with a contractor are communication and follow-through with exactly the work that was discussed and agreed upon.  Grand View nailed it.  

Grand View Exterior Systems did extensive work for our business. They were one of the best companies I have worked with when dealing with communicating with what the problem is and throughout the whole process. They provided before and after pictures, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I will be using them again for any work needed.

Thank you Brian for the excellent job that did this past summer on our building. You were able to take our 4000 sq ft roof that had outlived its useful life by several years, and salvage it. We now have an insulated roof that is helping with my gas bills already this autumn and saved me hundreds during the last cooling season with that awesome pure white reflective surface. Your work was done in a professional manner in the projected time period and when compared to a complete strip off and new membrane solution, your pricing was very reasonable. You and your crew were very courteous and cleaned up after each work day. There were no surprises. Everything turned out just like you said they would. My thanks to you for a job well done.

Here at Stan's Meats we had our flat roof replaced in the summer of 2017 by Grand View Exterior Systems. Our Experience with them was A+. Wes was very thorough with his assessment of the materials needed to take care of the roof issues. Grand View Exterior Systems was prompt and maintained a very good level of communication prior to and during the install. To this day, we are still very pleased with their work. Service was outstanding through the entire process and they even took time to check back in awhile after the project was complete to make sure we were still satisfied customers. I will definitely be calling Grand View Exterior Systems when the time comes for another roof project.

From my perspective annual maintenance is cheap insurance.  All businesses want to have low but consistent expenses.  With the annual maintenance inspection, I expect to see minor yearly repairs which keeps the finances stable.  Before we had “unexpected” costs that would hit the bottom every 3-5 years and would not be planned.
