Here at Stan's Meats we had our flat roof replaced in the summer of 2017 by Grand View Exterior Systems. Our Experience with them was A+. Wes was very thorough with his assessment of the materials needed to take care of the roof issues. Grand View Exterior Systems was prompt and maintained a very good level of communication prior to and during the install. To this day, we are still very pleased with their work. From my perspective annual maintenance is cheap insurance. All businesses want to have low but consistent expenses. With the annual maintenance inspection, I expect to see minor yearly repairs which keeps the finances stable. Before we had “unexpected” costs that would hit the bottom every 3-5 years and would not be planned.
