I would tell someone that the amount of time you spent on site with me studying our roofing problems, the core sample report you put together, your willingness to discuss and debate different options, the amount of time you spent on the phone with me, and all of the different proposal/phase break-downs you generated as the scope of work evolved, was above and beyond expectation. Here at Stan's Meats we had our flat roof replaced in the summer of 2017 by Grand View Exterior Systems. Our Experience with them was A+. Wes was very thorough with his assessment of the materials needed to take care of the roof issues. From my perspective annual maintenance is cheap insurance. All businesses want to have low but consistent expenses. With the annual maintenance inspection, I expect to see minor yearly repairs which keeps the finances stable. Before we had “unexpected” costs that would hit the bottom every 3-5 years and would not be planned.
